Sometimes some check points can be so crowded that one can easily take it to be an accident scene. Thursday morning was like any other day for the police.        The current installation of prepaid meters to transformers in local communities has been described by members of such communities as another nightmare to recession. Many have expressed their disappointment in such arrangement. Nsukka- A final year student of the department of political science, university of Nigeria, Nsukka identified as Mr Joseph Emmanuel, was on wednesday , March 22, murdered by suspected cultist while in his apartment at Ugwoke lodge, Hilltop Nsukka, an off campus accommodation located few meters away from Nsukka main campus of the university .      The diseased was in company of his friends when the suspected cultist who were three in number, armed with guns and matchetes struck. They gave him several matchete cuts before shooting him twice on the head.
